Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

  • 1 1/2 cup farine
  • 1 tsp canelle
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 sticks beurre, mou
  • 1 cup sucre brun
  • 1/2 cup sucre
  • 2 oeuf
  • 1 Tbsp molasse
  • 2 tsp vanille
  • 3 cup flocons d'avoine
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking soda together in a medium bowl. Set aside. In a large bowl beat the butter until smooth. Add all sugar and beat for 2 minutes. Add the eggs, molasses and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix until combined. Beat in the oats and the chocolate chips. Cover and chill the dough for at least 45 minutes . Scoop 1 Tbsp of dough per cookie and place well apart on the baking sheets.

350 F - 13-14 minutes, or until lightly browned on the sides. The centers will look soft.

Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
