Malakov

Ingredients
- 40 ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup raisins secs
- rhum
- 2/3 cup lait
- 1+1/2 Tbsp maizena
- 3 jaune d'oeuf
- 2 Tbsp cafe, fort
- 1 tsp vanille, extrait
- 2/3 cup beurre
- 2/3 cup sucre
- 1/2 cup amandes, en batonnets
- 1 cup cafe
- 1 petit creme a fouetter
Instructions
Soak the raisins in
ladyfingers . Pour some C on them- half of the filling
ladyfingers + C- the other half of the filling
ladyfingers + C- alufoil
- plate (to press down) Put for 24 hours into the fridge. Reverse and cover with whipping cream.
